Whatever your booking method, the process is the same.

After sending your reservation you will receive a confirmation of the rental at the latest within 24 hours.

Our website clearly states what is and is not included in the price displayed. For the reservation of all our cars the following principle applies.

Important note : All insurances are void if the renter or other named driver knowingly authorizes a person not authorized to drive the car or invalidates the rental agreement. Midocar+ will take from the renter's credit card the amount to be reimbursed for all damages incurred when a car is driven by an unauthorized driver.

When you pick up your car, you will be asked to produce the following documents:

Midocar+ operates a fuel policy or you can choose between two solutions :

In the event of any incident, such as an accident involving your vehicle, theft of your vehicle, or in case of mechanical problems, it is important that you report it to Midocar+ as soon as possible in order to have an accident. replacement car.
