The following general conditions of sale govern all the actions and transactions established on the Midocar+ website. Any order placed on this site assumes the customer's unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions.
The driver :
To rent at Midocar+ the driver designated to the contract must be over 21 years old. He must also hold, for at least one year, a valid driving license. This must be justified by original documents.
If a second driver is requested, he / she must be present at the time of departure and present the original of his driver's license and an identity card or passport.
Only drivers identified on the rental contract are allowed to drive the rented vehicle.
Rental duration :
The rental period is calculated in increments of 24 hours that can not be divided, since the time the vehicle was made available.
The renter undertakes to return the vehicle to the lessor on the date stipulated in the rental agreement, and if you want the custodian beyond this date it will be your responsibility to request an extension to the renter.
Payment :
To pay for any booking, you choose the payment method among those offered by Midocar+ at the payment page.
In this case, the delivery of the transaction for debiting your account is made within one day of the date of the delivery confirmation.
Your online payments are secured by the Center Monétique Interbancaire (CMI) which offers a fully secure payment service.
The Consumer guarantees the Company Midocar+ that it has the necessary authorizations to use the method of payment chosen by him, during the validation of the order. In case of payment by credit card, the provisions relating to the fraudulent use of the means of payment provided for in the agreements concluded between the Consumer and the issuer of the card between the Company Midocar+ and its banking establishment apply.
Delivery / Recovery :
Midocar+ leaves you the choice of where you want to pick up or return the vehicle (Airport, Hotels, Stations ... etc.)
The use of vehicles on unpaved roads (track) is prohibited.
The driver is solely responsible for traffic offenses and contraventions.
Insurance :
The vehicles are insured all risks. However, for any damage other than the theft of the vehicle, fire, broken glass, third party liability and persons transported (PAI), a capped non-redeemable deductible remains the responsibility of the driver in the event that his partial or entire liability is incurred. For any accident, a report is mandatory.
